How to View a Person's Profile

On the Home page, click the Individuals tile to open the Individuals page.
Find the individual whose profile you want to view. If your list is long, use the search features to find the person you are looking for.
Click an individual's name link to open their record.
The profile contains three panels:
- Profile: contains personal information about the individual, for example, their name, phone, and drivers license number. Using functions on this panel, you can edit information in an individual's profile and update or remove their photo. You can also view their change history.
- Assignments: lists the individual's current assignments. Using functions on this panel, you can add new assignments to an individual's record and update or remove existing ones.
- Requirements: lists the requirements associated with the positions held by the individual. Using functions on this panel, you can add new requirements and update or remove existing ones.
