How to Monitor Requirements Compliance
This topic shows you how to monitor requirements compliance to assess how well an organization is doing with regard to meeting its requirements goals.
The Requirement Compliance Summary dashboard panel on the SEP dashboard brings requirement compliance data together to show you an organization's current compliance rates. The rates are updated in real time
to provide the most up-to-date information, allowing you to immediately see if there are areas in need of attention.
To monitor an organization's compliance with requirements:

- On the Home page, click the Dashboard tile to open the Dashboard.
- By default, the Requirement Compliance Summary panel shows each organization's compliance/non-compliance rates for all requirements. The two buttons on the right show the non-compliant and compliance rates
for all organizations in the diocese.
- Key features of the Requirement Compliance Summary panel are the ability to view compliance/non-compliance rates for all requirements and for specific requirements. With the click of your mouse, you can drill down to see
the data in more detail to identify which organizations doing better and which are under-performing, and within each organization, you can identify which requirements are driving the overall rates. You can see data from different viewpoints by doing
the following:
- To view each organization's compliance/non-compliance rates for a specific requirement, select the requirement of interest from the Requirements dropdown list, as shown below:
- To view the names of individuals with non-compliant or compliant requirements in all organizations, click the respective rate buttons at the top right. For example:
Drilling down into non-compliance rates can help you identify and track requirements requiring attention.
- To view which requirements are contributing to a specific organization's overall compliance/non-compliance rates, click the respective links in the Organization list.
As shown in the illustration below, clicking the Holy Family organization's Non-Compliant rate link opens a window that lets you view details for requirements that make up the 79% non-compliant rate. Placing
your mouse on top of the link (without clicking) lets you know the number of number of non-compliant requirements (34).
