How to Edit an Appeal Record for a Fund

 You can an edit appeal before or after it has been associated with one or more pledges. If you edit it after it has been associated with a pledge, all other pledges associated with the revised appeal are updated with the new appeal description.

  1. Open the Funds  page.
  2. Find the fund whose appeal you want to edit. To quickly find the desired fund, use the Search or Filter function.

A list of funds matching your search criteria is displayed.

  1. Select the fund's name link to open the fund record.
  2. Select the Appeals tab.
  3. Complete the following:
    1. Select the record you want to edit by clicking this button:   to the left of the appeal's name.
    2. Edit the desired fields in the record. For descriptions of the fields, go to Fields in the Appeal Record.
    3. Click  to save your changes.
