How to Rename a Requirement Method Lookup Option

Requirement Method options are entries in the Requirement Method dropdown list on the Requirements panel in the Individuals profile. These options enable a user to specify the method an individual used to fulfill a requirement, for example, "passed exam" or "online course." 

Perhaps the option was misspelled or labeled imprecisely. This topic shows you how to rename it.  

 You must have Settings > Lookups > View/Modify/Delete permissions to perform this task.

  1. Click Settings to open the Settings page.
  2. Select the Lookups tile to open the Lookups page. 
  3. In the Requirement Methods grid, find the lookup option you want to rename. Then, click .
  4. In the Name field, edit the current name.
  5. Click your mouse anywhere outside of the Name field. Then, click  to save the change.

A message is displayed to inform you that the change was successfully made. The system updates the name of the option in Requirement Method dropdown list.
