How to Rename a Requirement Method Lookup Option
Requirement Method options are entries in the Requirement Method dropdown list on the Requirements panel in the Individuals profile. These options enable a user to specify the method an individual used to fulfill a requirement, for example, "passed exam" or "online course."
Perhaps the option was misspelled or labeled imprecisely. This topic shows you how to rename it.
You must have Settings > Lookups > View/Modify/Delete permissions
to perform this task.
- Click Settings to open the Settings page.
- Select the Lookups tile to open the Lookups page.
- In the Requirement Methods grid, find the lookup option you want to rename. Then, click
. - In the Name field, edit the current name.
- Click your mouse anywhere outside of the Name field. Then, click
to save the change.
A message is displayed to inform you that the change was successfully made. The system updates the name of the option in Requirement Method dropdown list.
