How to Remove a Requirement Method Lookup Option

Requirement Method options are entries in the Requirement Method dropdown list on the Requirements panel in an individual's profile. These options enable a user to specify the method an individual used to fulfill a requirement, for example, "passed exam" or "online course." 

This topic shows you how to remove a lookup option that is no longer needed from the Requirement Method dropdown list. 

 You must have Settings > Lookups > View/Modify/Delete permissions to perform this task.

 You cannot remove a lookup option that is currently in use for a requirement.

  1. Click Settings to open the Settings page.
  2. Select the Lookups tile to open the Lookups page. 
  3. In the Requirement Methods grid, find the lookup that you want to delete. Then, click .
  4. Click .

You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

The system removes the lookup from the Requirement Methods grid and from the Requirement Method dropdown list. 

The following message is displayed to inform you that the requirement method was successfully deleted:
