Whenever an employee or volunteer separates from your organization, vacates a position, quits or ends an assignment, you should update the system to record the date the assignment ended. You should also change the status of the assignment accordingly so that the system will no longer track the assignment and push requirements notifications to the Dashboard or the Individuals page. Additionally, after you end date an assignment, data for it will no longer be included in SEP reports and USCCB counts, and its associated requirements will no .
After an assignment is end-dated, editing is restricted to maintain data integrity. Only users with Individual Assignments + Modify End Assignments are allowed to make additional changes to assignments with an end date.
You must have Individuals + Modify permissions to edit profiles.
The system updates the record and ends the assignment on the date specified.
