How to Reset a Lost or Stolen Password

If you forget your password or need to change it, complete the following:

  1. Open a browser and type the URL for the Safe Environment application.
  2. On the Login screen, select the Forgot Password link.
  3. In the Reset Password window, enter the user name and address associated with your user account.
  4. Click .

After the system validates your request for a new password, you receive an email containing your username and a temporary password. The email is sent to the email address in your record.

  1. Log in with your temporary password.

The system prompts you to change the temporary password.

  1. Log in with your username and new password.
