When setting up a donor report, users can apply filters to customize a report to include the exact data they want to see. Donor report filters are listed in the Report Filters window.
To locate the filters, click this button it upper-right corner of the Donor Reports page: . Then, select the Filters option to open the Report Filters window.
The Report Filters window has two tabs. The filters on each tab are listed in the sections below.
The filters on the Payment Types tab allow users to build a report that limits the data to specific payment methods donors use to fund their gifts. To apply the filters, select the checkboxes. When the report is generated, only the data meeting the selected filter criteria is included.
The filters on the Other Types tab let you control which family and contribution characteristics are included in a report. To apply the filters, select the checkboxes. When the report is generated, only the data meeting the selected filter criteria is included.
click to exit the window without saving changes.
click to save your filter selections and close the window.
