How to View User Login Activity
From time to time, you may need to find who has logged into your SEP system and when. The instructions below show you how monitor user login activity to view the names of users who have never logged in to SEP as well as users who have not logged in within a specific time period. You can use the information to determine which users need continued access to resources and which users are not logging in to do their jobs.
- Click Settings to open the Settings page.
- Select the Users tile to display a list of users in your organization.
- The page opens in grid view. To view the page in card view, click this button in the toolbar:

- If you want to narrow down your list to show login activity for users in a specific organization and/or role only, select the desired options in the Organization and Role dropdown lists.
The Users grid automatically updates to show the names of users matching your search criteria.
- To view a breakdown of the users' last login activity, open the All Users dropdown list. Then, select one of these periods of time:
- All Users: lists all users (select this option to remove applied filters and display all users in the selected organization).
- 7 Days: lists users who have logged in at least once but have not logged in during the last seven days.
- 30 Days: lists users who have logged in at least once but have not logged in during the last 30 days.
- 90 Days: lists users who have logged in at least once but have not logged in during the last 90 days.
- 6 Months: lists users who have logged in at least once but have not logged in during the last six months.
- 1 Year: lists users who have logged in at least once but have not logged in during the last year.
- Never logged in: lists users who have never logged in.
The Users grid automatically updates to show the names of users matching your filter criteria.The results can help you identify user login patterns during the selected time period as well as find out which users in the organization are not logging in to do their jobs.
- If desired, export the results of a login-activity search to an Excel file. To do this, click
(Export Search Results), type the name of the file, and then click
.
