How to Change a User's Country Location

This topic shows you how to change a user's country location when creating a new user record or editing an existing one.

  1. Click Settings to open the Settings page.
  2. Select the Users tile to open the Users page. This page lists the names of users in your organization. 
  3. The page opens in grid view. To view the page in card view, click this button in the toolbar: .
  4. Find the user whose country location you want to change. Then, click the name link to open their record (Detail page).

In the address block (top right), the Country selection defaults to the country (United States or Canada) configured for your organization during your software implementation process.

  1. To change the user's country, select the desired country from the Country dropdown list. Then, click  to save the change.

  Be advised that changing a user's country location is considered a critical change; therefore, details about the change are captured in the user activity log .
