How to Change Your Username and Email Address

1. Open a browser and type the URL for the Safe Environment program.
2. On the Login screen, enter your username and password. Then, click .
3. In the upper-right corner, click . Then, select the View Profile link.
4. Do one or both of the following:
   • To change your username, type a new name in the Username field.
   • To change your email address, type a new address in the Email field.
5. Click  to submit your request.

The system validates your credentials, and then sends an email to inform you that a change was recently made to your user account.

6. After you receive the system email, do one of the following:
   • If you made the change, no action on your part is required. 
   • If you believe that someone else accessed your account to make the change, immediately notify ParishSOFT Support.
