How to Delete a Pledge Record
- Open the Pledges page.
- Locate the pledge record you want to delete. To quickly find the desired batch, use the Search or Filter function.
Position your mouse over the Info icon 
to find out what type of data the Search bar accepts.
- Select the checkbox to the left of the donor's name.
- In the upper-right, click

The system removes the pledge record from your database and from the list on the Pledges page.
